Background: Dalia is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Masters degree in Spiritual care and Psychotherapy from Martin Luther University in Waterloo, Ontario. She loves to travel, cook, learn and spend time with others.
Therapeutic style: Dalia understands that everyone is unique and is on their journey to healing. She supports individuals as an empathic and knowledgeable therapist. My role is to use my education and experience to assist you in reaching your goals. Together, we will tap into your strengths to find new perspectives to live the life you are hoping for. She uses Narrative therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotion-Focused family Therapy (EFFT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS).
