Dan Stapleton
Dan Stapleton is a Master of Physical Therapy graduate from the University of British Columbia, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. Dan strongly believes in staying up to date with evidence and continuing education. He continues to take courses and certifications to improve his knowledge so he can best help his clients. Dan has achieved his certificate in Gunn IMS dry needling technique. He has completed his Selective Functional Movement Assessment certification (SFMA) as well as the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) certification. Other recent courses include the Cervical Spine Treatment pearls by Carol Kennedy and Tendinopathy Management by Jill Cook. He is also pursuing Advanced Manual Therapy techniques through the Canadian Orthopedic Division.

Dan grew up in Midwestern Ontario where he played hockey, football and baseball. He has always had an interest in athletics and the process of rehabilitation from initial injury until the return-to-play phase. Dan’s treatment style focuses on the implementation of exercise and manual techniques to relieve pain, improve the day-to-day function of clients and optimize the performance of athletes. He also emphasizes educating his clients in order to maintain their pain-free function.
During his spare time, Dan can be found playing recreational hockey and softball, spending time in the gym and hiking.

This 60-minute assessment and treatment session with a physiotherapist is designed for recent knee injuries. Your physiotherapist will complete a thorough evaluation, provide hands-on treatment as appropriate, and develop a personalized rehabilitation plan. You will also receive targeted exercises to work on at home to support your recovery.
