**Danielle Affeldt, RMT** Danielle (Dani) began her practice in 2013 treating a variety of conditions including headaches, myofascial trigger points, postural imbalances, chronic pain, and more. She likes to describe her approach to client care as “half athletic trainer, half holistic” with a certification in leading group fitness classes as well as Level 2 Reiki. While admittedly not being proficient in prenatal or deep tissue treatments her passions for neuroplasticity, muscle strengthening, and fitness allow her to address fascia and the nervous system in addition to muscles. Her techniques include General Swedish Massage, Dynamic Gamma Motor Neuron Firing, Stretching, Strengthening, and Fascial Work. A certification in Neurofascial Reset for upper body conditions is in the works as Dani likes to involve the client’s brain in the recovery process. Outside of treating she likes to keep busy with self studies in Neuroplasticity. Dani particularly enjoys working with individuals involved in performance art such as dancers and aerialists as she is familiar with the types of injuries that come along with these practices. She is especially excited about treating cases of tension headaches, postural concerns, and chronic pain as it is her philosophy that life should be enjoyed and not controlled by pain or fear of pain.
