Daniel earned his BSc in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin in 2016 and has since accumulated diverse experience working with patients across various backgrounds. A former high-level athlete in boxing and soccer during his teenage years, Daniel encountered several injuries along the way. This personal journey sparked his passion for aiding athletes in their return to play post-injury. His primary goal as a physiotherapist is to facilitate patients' return to their daily activities pain-free. Daniel's approach to physiotherapy is centered on the patient, tailoring individualized programs to achieve pain relief and restore confidence in movement. His treatment methods encompass a blend of manual therapy, exercise therapy, strength training, and education, with a particular emphasis on empowering patients to strengthen themselves. Daniel's off-time revolves around sports, where he actively participates in a local soccer team within the Vancouver metro league. When not on the field, he enjoys leisurely walks along the beach, indulging in the serenity while delving into a good book.
