About Danielle
It is so lonely and difficult when you feel anxious, discouraged, or unsure about your place in the world. Perhaps you find yourself caught between what others expect of you and what you truly want for yourself. These struggles can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or questioning your worth. Carrying this all by yourself can feel heavy and isolating.
My approach to counselling is to create a space where you don’t have to carry your struggles alone. My role is to offer encouragement and walk alongside you as you begin to make sense of what feels heavy and what you need to let go of. I will focus on helping you feel safe, encouraged, seen, and fully understood by looking at the dissatisfying patterns in your life, the meanings you’ve given them, and how they may be holding you back. Together, we will acknowledge your strengths, explore new possibilities, and begin to build a sense of purpose in connections that feels authentic and "right" to you.
As a Master of Counselling Psychology intern, I draw from Adlerian Psychotherapy and evidence-based practices. This means I value your unique story, your relationships, and your life goals, not just your struggles. Under close clinical supervision, I bring warmth, openness, and respect into every session.
Over time, you may notice yourself moving with more confidence, forming stronger relationships, and living with greater clarity and meaning. I aim to help you gain new strategies, and more importantly, a deeper sense of belonging and possibility.
