Danny is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology.

He believes therapy works best when it’s a partnership—one that builds on strengths, fosters resilience, and encourages meaningful change. Danny is passionate about supporting individuals, teens, and families as they navigate life challenges. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD/neurodivergence, relationship challenges, self-esteem, trauma, or life changes and uncertainty, Danny aims to create a warm, safe, and accepting space where clients feel supported and empowered.

Danny’s approach is collaborative and client-centred, emphasizing individual strengths, resilience, and meaningful growth. He utilizes a range of evidence-based techniques and therapy models that best fit client needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, as well as attachment based and somatic techniques. He is dedicated to providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed practice and believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful change. Danny is a neurodiversity-affirming, 2LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally sensitive therapist.

ExoMind is an advanced, non-invasive neuromodulation intervention designed to support brain function and improve outcomes in areas such as mood, focus, and cognitive performance. Each session is 30 minutes and delivered by a trained member of our clinical team. ExoMind is typically offered as part of a structured series to support consistency and optimal results. Program Structure: Most clients complete a 6-session series, often scheduled as 1 session per week over 6 weeks. Alternatively, some clients opt for 2 sessions per week for 3 weeks. What to Expect: A comfortable, seated session lasting approximately 30 minutes No downtime following treatment Ability to resume normal daily activities immediately Important: ExoMind sessions are offered following consultation or clinician recommendation to ensure appropriateness.
