I believe that healing and growth is in your nature, just as it is written into the Nature of all living things. Our lives are intricate ecosystems, and when they are put in good balance, healing and fulfillment are not painful or strenuous, but simply natural. I have 3.5 years of effective work with individuals and families suffering from the effects of addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, emotional regulation and many other mental health struggles, with great respect and compassion. I'd love hear from you.

Seeing our lives as eco-systems means both looking within ourselves as a balance of mind, heart, body and spirit, and looking outward towards the vital relationships and connections which give context and meaning to our lives. Working to set all these into a good balance is central to my work. I focus on evidence-based experiential approaches.
