I'm Debbie Dale, Founder of Dale Counselling Services.
I'm a Registered Social Worker with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Social Workers (NLCSW), and for over 27 years I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples through life's challenges, transitions, and healing.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, using evidence-based approaches to help you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
I hold a Master of Social Work (Health Focus) from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Manitoba, and a Bachelor of Arts from Memorial University.
My practice is trauma-informed and draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including:
