Delaney graduated from Camosun College in the massage therapy diploma program and is now a registered massage therapist through the CMTBC, after getting her BA in Linguistics from the University of Victoria. While treating, Delaney aims to promote function and well-being through holistic healing and client-centered care. She enjoys utilizing Swedish massage and myofascial techniques along with educating and empowering her clients. Her previous experience as a high-performance field hockey player, combined with her education, gives her a wide range of knowledge to help a plethora of populations. When not in the clinic, she enjoys biking in all forms, hiking, field hockey, and cooking.

This 30-minute clothed treatment includes a range of motion assessment with manual therapeutic treatment consisting of, but not limited to; passive range of motion, myofascial release, traction and joint mobilizations. Ending with a follow up assessment, and at home strengthening and stretching suggestions. The focus of this treatment is to improve range of motion and relieve general muscle tension.
