This treatment can be done for both deep tissue work and overall muscle stiffness . Stones are kept at a temperature that ensure comfort for the client but allows the benefit of heat to work deeply into muscle tissue .
Hot stones can be used to decrease muscle tension while providing additional warmth to allow muscles to relax. Stones are keep at a temperature that is comfortable for the client .
This treatment focuses on the muscles of the neck , scalp and upper back . Hot Towels and a Coconut Oil pour are included.
