Devanshi Muni
Devanshi is a graduate clinical counsellor dedicated to creating a warm, empathetic, and collaborative space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences without judgment. She takes a flexible, client-centred approach, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices.
With a trauma-informed lens, Devanshi supports individuals and couples navigating attachment wounds, anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions. She believes in the strength of human connection and works gently to help clients reconnect with themselves, build emotional safety, and move toward healing and balance.

A 4-week virtual support group for mothers navigating the postpartum journey. Connect with other new moms, share your experiences, and receive guidance in a safe, supportive space. Sessions are led by Bal Atwal, RCC, a therapist and mother of two, using evidence-based approaches to support emotional wellbeing. When: Mondays, 7:00 – 8:30 PM, starting April 13 Cost: $99/session (direct billing may be available)
