Diana Abramson (formerly Diana Bellissimo) is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. As valedictorian of her graduating class, she is a passionate and focused individual. Diana's primary interest lies with stress management on the path to balance and wellness. During her time at school and clinical internship, she studied chronic stress and how it affects your body. Diana frequently uses her knowledge of our physiological processes of stress to help facilitate healing and wellness, by fostering emotional well-being and personal growth. Diana considers it her greatest responsibility to provide a safe treatment environment conducive to peacefulness and relaxation. Her professional and calming demeanour allows her clients to feel at ease, in a positive space that promotes healing and wellness. Diana feels strongly that massage therapy can be an essential part of an overall wellness approach. She is passionate about educating others on the lesser known benefits of massage therapy, and how it can make great contributions to quality of life both physically and emotionally. As a life-long learner Diana is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge. She has taken additional wellness courses in hot stone massage, physiology, nutrition and public health. Diana believes the more she learns about health and wellness the better equipped she will be to meet the needs of her clients. Diana is a member in good standing with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.
