Diane is a Registered Social Worker with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals through major life transitions, including separation, divorce, and family violence. Holding a clinical Master of Social Work degree with a focus on trauma-informed practice, she brings a compassionate, strength-based, and solution-focused approach to her work.
Diane’s background includes valuable roles within legal settings and community shelters, where she has supported people navigating complex challenges such as grief, anxiety, housing instability, and abuse.
Her experience includes providing crisis intervention, safety planning, psychoeducation, and assisting clients with navigating the legal system, always centering clients’ safety and autonomy.
Her approach is grounded in creating a safer, more validating, and nonjudgmental space where people can explore difficult emotions, make sense of painful experiences, and build hope for the future. She integrates trauma-informed care with person-centered and feminist perspectives, always respecting the unique strengths and resilience of those she supports.
