About Donna
Do you struggle with an inner conflict between a part of you who wants to change, and a part that keeps
showing up doing the opposite? Are you caught in ambivalence? Unwanted emotional cycles?
Unsatisfying relationships or a work-life that’s not working?
I understand the all-too-human predicaments of dissatisfaction, and the efforts to make change, reduce
suffering, and “get it right.” We all have good intentions, but sometimes it’s hard to see the way forward,
to feel ok about ourselves, to simply cope.
I’m a systemic therapist (RMFT) who works with individuals, couples, and families, and I would like to
work with you to help you make sense of where you are, and move forward with new skills and greater
understanding and self-compassion.
People I work with:
- Individuals, couples, parents, families
- Children and youth
- 2SLGBTQI+
- People of diverse backgrounds
- Aging and elderly people
Areas of specialty:
- Trauma and family of origin issues

I am well-versed in many therapy models, and will adapt my approach to what suits the client best. In
sessions, according to client interest and need, I may incorporate mindfulness, solution-focused
therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, schema therapy, internal family
systems therapy, emotionally focused and attachment therapy, intergenerational family therapy,
relational life therapy, expressive arts, and/or EMDR.
