Dr. Aleks Guzek, ND
About Aleks
Their own wordsDr. Aleksandra Guzek is a registered naturopathic doctor and the creator of the Mind Your Body Method — a physiology-led framework designed to restore metabolic efficiency and nervous system capacity so that fat loss, strength, energy, and psychological resilience become sustainable rather than cyclical.
She holds a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph, and is registered in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
Before entering clinical practice, Dr. Guzek spent nearly two decades in community mental health, working in crisis intervention and prevention. This experience shaped her clinical lens and informs her work at the intersection of stress physiology, behavioural adaptation, and metabolic function.
She works primarily with women navigating stalled fat loss, metabolic dysfunction, hormonal shifts, and chronic stress load. Her focus is on identifying and correcting the underlying constraints that limit progress.
Her care integrates clinical nutrition, acupuncture, botanical medicine, and targeted lifestyle interventions — applied with clinical discernment rather than standardized protocols — to support lasting improvements in metabolic and nervous system function.

This treatment may help reduce the intensity of cravings, support emotional regulation, and promote a sense of calm and mental clarity.”Facial Acupuncture Assessment and TreatmentNew patient
