She uses the "test don't guess" method of finding exactly what the issue is to develop a plan of care. You can expect a hands-on approach to care with the treatment of muscles, joints, movement pattern rehabilitation, and sport or work specific rehabilitation She has experience treating a wide range of patients from newborns, elderly, expectant mothers, adolescents, and everyone in between. Her passion is to not only help people get out of pain, but to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. To accomplish this, she treats the root of the problem to help the body function at its best at all times. She uses manual adjustments and also low force techniques such as activator. Dr. Alexa grew up in Gilbert Plains, Manitoba, but has always loved the west coast for the outdoors and amazing lifestyle. In her spare time you can find her hanging out with her beautiful French Bulldog, Rain also the clinic dog and chasing around her two kids. She holds a BA degree from the University of Manitoba (2011) and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario with Honours(2015). She has worked in Amsterdam, Melbourne, and Vancouver.

UNFORTUNATELY ORTHOTICS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO BE COVERED IN THE 2025 YEAR AS THEY WILL NOT ARRIVE IN TIME, FROM NOW ON THEY WILL NEED TO BE COVERED IN THE 2026 YEAR! Please note, you will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the amount owing for this appointment. The remaining 50% will be due upon picking up your orthotics. Also, please note, we are NOT able to directly bill your insurance company for orthotics. You will need to be reimbursed directly from your insurance company and they will only do so once you have physically picked up your orthotics. For more information, please ask!
