Dr. Alex Dragan began her Naturopathic journey in Montreal while completing her undergraduate degree in Biology. As a varsity athlete, she experienced firsthand the healing power of integrative care while recovering from sports injuries. It was during this time that the principles of Naturopathic Medicine took root—treat the whole person and address the root cause.
Her fascination with the body’s innate healing abilities led her to complete her studies at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, BC—one of only two accredited Naturopathic medical schools in Canada. While at Boucher, she was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award for her exceptional diagnostic skills and was actively involved in leadership roles within her community.
Today, Dr. Dragan’s clinical focus lies in women’s health across the lifespan, with a special passion for hormonal balance, perimenopause and menopause care, and individualized contraception support. She offers IUD and Nexplanon insertions/removals, and provides personalized guidance on birth control options for women at every stage of life.
Whether addressing hormone imbalance, navigating midlife transitions, or working through digestive issues, Dr. Dragan is deeply committed to providing compassionate, personalized, and empowering care.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her in the forest foraging for herbs, practicing yoga, hiking, or creating delicious plant-based meals.
At Mint Integrative Health, she will be offering IUD insertions/removals, Nexplanon insertions/removals and medical abortion services.
