Dr. Cheema is a chiropractor who graduated with dual honors from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. She began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and practiced as a licensed Kinesiologist, developing a strong foundation in human movement and biomechanics. Through clinical practice, her growing interest in spinal health and diagnosis led her to pursue further education. She subsequently earned her Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine alongside a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Cheema has a genuine passion for education and strongly believes that patient education is essential to understanding one’s own body. She is committed to empowering patients with knowledge so they can take an active role in their care and long-term health. Her treatment approach is rooted in a whole-health perspective, with each patient receiving a customized care plan based on their individual biomechanics and goals. In addition to spinal manipulation, Dr. Cheema places strong emphasis on myofascial release, nutrition, lifestyle factors, and mental well-being. She has a particular clinical interest in treating headaches, migraines, concussions, and TMJ dysfunction, and prioritizes hands-on, effective care that supports optimal recovery and function.
