Education & Training Dr. Ananya Sharma completed her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at Michigan State University Counselling & Psychiatric Services. She is currently providing psychotherapy services for adults and couples under the supervision of Dr. Saunia Ahmad, a licensed clinical psychologist and Director of the TPC. Dr. Sharma is in the final stage of obtaining her license to practice as a psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behavioural Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). Her clinical experience spans diverse settings, including hospitals, medical clinics, university counselling centres, and private practice. This background enables her to support clients across the lifespan and address a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns. Therapeutic Approach At the heart of Dr. Ananya’s work is a feminist and multicultural foundation, which means she views therapy as a collaborative and equal partnership where clients are active participants in their own healing.
