She is also trained in emotional freedom technique (EFT) and utilizes it when it's clear that past or present emotions are part of the presenting symptoms. She also has over 6 years of experience in using intravenous (IV) nutritional therapy for a variety of common and complex conditions. She loves incorporating IV therapy as it can be a great jumpstart to health, especially in cases where there is insufficient nutritional intake, chronic digestive issues, and nutritional deficiencies from periods of increased stress on the body (ie. Illness, surgery, injury, ect). The high dose nutrients used in IV therapy can improve energy, mood and sleep, reduce pain and feelings of stress/overwhelm, improve physical and mental endurance and help support a strong immune system (preventively or as treatment for infections).
