About Caralei
Their own wordsDr Caralei (Carrey) has always believed in the healing powers of nature. This, with her passion for health and wellness, led her to major in Biomedical Science and minor in Nutrition at the University of Guelph, followed by a Master of Science in Physiology from the University of Western Ontario where she published in the scientific journals Anesthesiology and Brain Research.
Carrey started Naturopathic Perspectives in Hamilton soon after graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2004.
Carrey continually integrates both nature and health, sharing her passion for healing and her love of research with her patients. She enjoys long distance running, to perpetually learn and update her skills and knowledge, and spending time with her family exploring the wilderness.
Carrey is an active member of both the Ontario and Canadian Associations of Naturopathic Doctors, and licensed with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
