About Christine

I’m a chiropractor practicing in Vancouver, BC, where I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. My background began in Human Kinetics at UBC, followed by several years working as a Registered Kinesiologist before pursuing my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. My approach to care is both evidence-based and individualized. I use a variety of techniques depending on each patient’s needs, including diversified adjusting, Shockwave Therapy (for injuries such as plantar fascitis, achilles and patellar tendonitis), soft tissue release techniques, and Class IV Laser Therapy to treat a wide range of soft tissue conditions. I’m also certified in the Webster Technique—an effective, gentle method of restoring pelvic balance and comfort during pregnancy. I believe that chiropractic care is for everyone—from athletes and weekend warriors to expectant mothers and those simply looking to move and feel their best. I aim to empower my patients to take an active role in their health and recovery, giving them the tools and knowledge to support their own wellness journey.
