AjouterErika is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Registered Acupuncturist, and the heart behind Flatlands Acupuncture. Trained at the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary, her passion began through her own healing journey—overcoming PCOS-related infertility with diet, lifestyle, and acupuncture.
She now focuses on women’s health, helping patients balance hormones, improve sleep, ease menopause symptoms, and relieve pain. While her main focus is supporting women, she welcomes patients of all ages.
Based in Regina, Erika enjoys life with her husband, five kids, and a loyal dog.

For Children 14 and under. Acupuncture for kids is gentle and always adapted to their comfort level—sometimes needles stay in for a few minutes, sometimes they come right out, and other times we use soothing techniques like massage or cupping instead. Parents stay in the room, so little ones feel safe and supported throughout. Up to 40 mins Follow-Up Appointments for children under 12 years typically last under 30 mins and will be discounted by $15.
Similar to the initial session, with extra time to relax and enjoy the treatment. 60 minutes
Looking to refresh your skin and reduce fine lines? Your first session includes a health check, tongue & pulse assessment, gentle facial and body acupuncture, and finishes with gua sha or facial massage. Best results come from a series of 10 weekly treatments, though it can also be enjoyed as a single session. 70 minutes
Acupuncture Only! Follow-up treatment with acupuncture (and moxa if needed). An ideal choice for ongoing maintenance or continued fertility care. 30- 40 minutes
Follow-up with acupuncture and optional extras (cupping, gua sha, or electro-acupuncture). For returning patients within 18 months wanting enhanced care.45 minutes
Your first visit includes a full TCM health assessment, tongue and pulse diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan, and your first treatment (which may also include cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, or herbal recommendations at Dr. Erika’s discretion). Book this option if you’re new to Dr. Erika or if it’s been over 18 months since your last visit.
