Being a co-owner of Alliance Wellness, he is very familiar with the strengths of each and every one of the professionals on the team and is able to help ensure you have the best referrals to help you achieve patient goals. Dr.Parmar utilizes chiropractic manipulation, Active Release Technique soft tissue therapy, rehab/exercise prescription, nutritional advice while taking an integrative approach to healthcare. In addition to hands on and electrotherapy modalities, Dr. Parmar also offers laser light therapy using the K-Laser class IV laser and shockwave therapy. Although trained as a sports medicine focused chiropractor, Dr.Parmar excels at treating varying population groups including pregnancy, pediatric, TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorder and migraine patients. Dr. Parmar is very involved in the chiropractic community. He currently serves as the first vice chair of the Canadian Chiropractic Association. Prior to joining the CCA, Dr. Parmar served on the British Columbia Chiropractic Association (BCCA) for almost 10 years. Since 2013, Dr. Parmar has also been a clinical examiner and exam question writer with the Canadian Chiropractic Board of Examiners.

This appointment requires a current WSBC claim number. We will send you our WSBC intake form to collect the relevant injury information and also the date of injury. Approved WSBC claims will allot 4 weeks of approved treatment, at which time an extension request will be required to be submitted to Work Safe for additional treatment, should it be required.
