SaveSince 2019, I have been practicing chiropractic care with a whole-body, nervous system–focused approach. I believe the body is deeply intelligent, and my role is to help restore balance so it can function, heal, and thrive as it is designed to.
I am trained in Thompson Technique, which uses a specialized drop table for gentle, precise adjustments; the Activator Method, a low-force instrument-assisted approach ideal for sensitive or acute cases; and Diversified Technique, a hands-on method; all of which are designed to restore joint mobility and alignment.

I also offer Spinal Energetics, a gentle, light-touch modality that works with the body’s energetic field and nervous system to support the mind–body connection. Through subtle cues and intentional contact, this work invites the body to unwind stored stress, emotional tension, and traumatic experiences.
By creating space for release and integration, Spinal Energetics doesn’t just supports nervous system regulation, but deepens self-awareness, and reconnects individuals with their most authentic, and aligned self.
As a practitioner, my goal is to facilitate the body’s innate intelligence, guiding you back to yourself — where greater joy, clarity, and presence become part of your everyday life.
