Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Dr. Jessica Higgs is a licensed chiropractor committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care. She completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia and went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. With a lifelong passion for movement and wellness, Dr. Jessica focuses on helping people manage pain, recover from injuries, and feel their best through personalised treatment plans. Her care often includes a combination of spinal adjustments, joint mobilisations, soft tissue therapy, patient education and tailored rehab exercises to support each patient’s goals and lifestyle. Outside the clinic, Dr. Jessica stays active through golfing, running, and skiing. Having grown up playing soccer, softball, and riding horses competitively, she understands the importance of keeping your body moving, whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or just looking to stay active and pain-free. Dr. Jessica is passionate about helping patients feel empowered in their health and is committed to creating a supportive, collaborative environment where healing can happen.
