Dr. Karen grew up a North Vancouver local, surrounded by the mountains, the ocean, and endless outdoor activities. She grew up playing many sports, mainly soccer and field hockey, and was in and out of Chiropractors’ and Physiotherapists’ offices with injuries throughout her athletic career. From then, she always knew she wanted a career where she could help people reach their health and wellness goals and to live a more pain-free life. Dr. Karen practices diversified technique, implementing a variety of adjusting and myofascial release techniques specific to your needs! She graduated with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBCO in 2018, and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2022, spending 1 year treating in the Palmer Outpatient Clinic. She has spent the last 7 years studying the human body, movement patterns, and dysfunctions in the bones, joints, and soft tissues. Most importantly she’s learned that health and function aren't one-size-fits-all, and treatment will look different for everyone!
