AjouterKathy (a.k.a the “Running Naturopath”) is a Naturopathic Doctor with a special interest in sports medicine, pain management, performance nutrition and mental health. She grew up in a small town playing a lot of baseball and soccer and after developing a fascination with human physiology and movement, she went on to complete an Honours B.Sc. in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario.

What are you proud of in your practice?
-I will meet you where you’re at, and get you where you want to be! I often find key factors affecting my patient’s health that are blocking their forward progress, and I take great pride in helping them get past this! I also aim to inspire, educate, and motivate my patients to take charge of their health, and lead by example!
Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
- I love treating athletes – competitive, recreational, and those enjoying sport and movement for their own reasons. I’ve always had a fascination for the capacities of the human body and am a passionate runner myself. Helping active patients who are on the mend, looking to improve their performance, or just wanting to live their passions to the max is especially rewarding!

This 10 minute meet and greet is complimentary and will be done via phone. The session allows for you to ensure your comfort with your potential practitioner, learn about what their philosophies and modalities of treatment can do for you, and what direction your healing journey might take.
