This appointment is best for those suffering from jaw pain, difficulty chewing or opening their mouth, locking of the jaw, migraines or have a popping, clicking or grinding noise in their jaw.

This visit is done remotely via online video call. All payments will be processed with the credit card provided online. Direct billing to insurance may or may not be available. Contact your insurer directly about virtual visits to be sure.

This appointment requires a current WSBC claim number. We will send you our WSBC intake form to collect the relevant injury information and also the date of injury. Approved WSBC claims will allot 4 weeks of approved treatment, at which time an extension request will be required to be submitted to Work Safe for additional treatment, should it be required.
