Their own wordsDr. Polack was born and raised in the Cowichan Valley. She has been practicing with Cowichan Eyecare since obtaining her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Waterloo in 2011. In her free time, Dr. Polack enjoys spending time with her 2 young children. She also enjoys horseback riding and travelling. She has participated in an eye care mission to the Philippines with the Third World Eye Care Society and hopes to join future missions. Dr. Polack is available for comprehensive eye exams in our Duncan and Lake Cowichan locations.
