I enjoy translating complex health information into care that feels approachable, collaborative, and sustainable. Outside of the clinic, I am a mom of two young girls and spend much of my time trying to balance ambition with presence. During this visit, your ND will complete a focused assessment to determine whether IV therapy is appropriate for you. If appropriate, a customized vitamin IV will be prepared and administered during the same visit. The cost of the IV is included in the appointment fee. Please note: Iron infusions and specialized IV protocols are not available during a first visit and may require additional assessment or lab work. In some cases, your appointment may be converted to a full naturopathic assessment and your IV scheduled for a later date.
Book this appointment if you are seeking naturopathic injection therapy for joint, muscle, tendon, or pain-related concerns. This assessment may include discussion of prolotherapy, perineural injections, trigger point injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), corticosteroid injections, or hyaluronic acid therapy depending on your concerns and goals. During this visit, your doctor will review your medical history, assess the area of concern, and discuss whether injection therapy is appropriate for you. Please note: If clinically appropriate and agreed upon during your assessment, injection treatment may be performed during this initial visit. Treatment fees are separate from the assessment cost. You should book this appointment if you are seeking musculoskeletal (MSK) injection therapy. This may include trigger point injections, perineural injections, prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), hyaluronic acid, or Arthrosamid. Please note that injections are performed only on peripheral joints/ structures (feet, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, hands and TMJ) and do not include spinal injections. During your initial appointment, we will review your current concerns and complete a thorough medical history. Based on this assessment, we will determine whether injection therapy is appropriate and discuss the available treatment options. In some cases, an injection may be performed during the initial visit. However, additional imaging or further investigation may be required before proceeding.
