If you are a new client, please book an initial consultation first. Therapy sessions aim to help children and youth process and better understand and manage their thoughts and emotions. This service also consists of direct skill teaching and practice. We will work with your child to determine the best approach to intervention based on their unique goals and needs.
A 30-minute session (instead of 60-minutes) is sometimes a better fit for very young children or used as a check in session for older children and teens. Micah will discuss this option with you and advise if this session length may be the best fit for your child.
