Dr. Michelle Hughes has been practicing Traditional Chinese medicine for 26 years. Michelle graduated from the International College of TCM in Vancouver and furthered her schooling in China. Michelle has a special interest in women's health, fertility, pregnancy, sport's injuries and pain, training with some of North America's foremost health experts in these fields. Michelle is honored to be a Fellow of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine, an international group of practitioners who have advanced training in fertility and a Senior Member of the Obstetrical Acupuncture Association. Michelle is also a trained doula. Michelle most recently became certified as a Menopause Coach. Michelle believes in a complimentary approach to healthcare and is excited to help you achieve your wellness goals. Michelle has a gentle needle style.

This ICBC Follow-Up appointment is 60 minutes and includes an acupuncture treatment which may include cupping or moxa depending on the prescribed treatment plan. We direct bill to ICBC. *This appointment comes with a user fee of $21.
Your ICBC Initial Assessment is an evaluation and initial treatment for an ICBC claim. Please come with your ICBC claim #. Acupuncture is included in the price of the first visit. Your Initial Fertility Consult includes a complete medical history, tongue and pulse diagnosis, lifestyle and diet evaluation. You will also receive a Fertility Package which includes information on Basal body temperature charting, Acupressure , diet and lifestyle techniques to enhance fertility. An acupuncture treatment is included in the first visit. Herbal formulas are often prescribed to regulate the menstrual cycle and enhance fertility. Please allow 75 minutes.
