Chiropractic with Dr. Monica Chadha, is an experience similar to a custom-tailored outfit. Bespoke rehabilitation, prescribed specifically to fit each unique individual, based on your needs, goals, and desires. Chiropractic, in the traditional sense, is a non-invasive, hand-on, patient-centered health care profession, which focuses on your spine, muscles, joints and nervous system. Chiropractors use clinical expertise to diagnose what affects your body’s movement. Chiropractic care can also promote and improve your health and quality of life, as well as reduce pain. Some common conditions treated by chiropractors include (but are not limited to): back pain, neck pain, strains, sprains, arthritis-related pain, neurological diseases/disorders, pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, pre/postnatal related discomforts, work and sports-related injuries.
After a thorough assessment, your chiropractor will work with you and your healthcare team to determine the best treatment to achieve your goals, helping you reduce pain, prevent it from returning, and restoring your mobility and confidence within your movement ability.
"Breath, move, eat, sleep, and think as if your life depends on it" - Dr. Monica Chadha

“Monica made me feel so comfortable when I visited her for a concern that could have been really awkward. Her knowledge and professionalism paired with her easy sense of humour, put me at ease and made the appointment a pleasure. I finally got a diagnosis of an issue that has gone improperly diagnosed and untreated for more than 20 years. I now have confidence that there is something I can do and am eternally grateful. Highly recommend.”Read moreShow less

“I started working with Dr. Monica after I had ACL surgery and my recovery went sideways. I wasn’t progressing as expected and couldn’t even straighten my leg or walk normally. Dr. Monica helped me understand why and prepared me for how we needed to do things differently after a revision surgery. Much of my treatment was movement based, which felt counterintuitive at the time, but was exactly what I needed to achieve a better outcome after my second surgery. As a fitness coach, my health and ability to move are critical — and surgery going so wrong was terrifying and devastating. My concerns and insistence that something was wrong were completely dismissed until I started working with Dr. Monica. I finally felt heard, respected and reassured that I could make a full recovery — and then some. As part of my knee rehab, Dr. Monica also helped me rebuild all of my movement by addressing the deepest layers of dysfunction and other factors causing pain and inflammation. I was in debilitating pain and struggling to train for 5-6 years prior to knee surgery but I’ve come back stronger and with a sense of confidence and peace in my body I couldn’t have dreamed of. I refer all my clients to Dr. Monica — she empowers them to help themselves, which is the key to lasting health and fitness. Working with Dr. Monica has been nothing short of life changing.”Read moreShow less

“My experience at BODability has been incredible. Dr. Monica has managed to get me basically pain free in a matter of weeks. I've been suffering with back pain for over 10 years. Her positive and uplifting personality is a breath of fresh air and I genuinely look forward to seeing her every week! Her priority is your health and happiness. Did I mention they are great with babies/children? I bring my 7 month old to every appointment...yup she plays with the babies too! I've not only found an amazing doctor but also a friend. Thanks Dr. M and BODability!”Read moreShow less
