Custom Orthotics are partially or fully covered by extended health plans **need to bring Doctor's note**. Custom orthotics foot exam includes an evaluation of feet and lower limbs to assess the posture, gait, and movement patterns.

For your follow-up podiatry session, please bring the shoes that will be fitted for orthotics. We also recommend wearing loose clothing for easy movement during the assessment. Be prepared to remove your shoes and socks so that the podiatrist can properly evaluate your feet and ensure the correct orthotic fit.
