Their own wordsRebecca O’Hagan graduated with her Doctorate of Optometry and Bachelor of Honours in Science in 2016 from the University of Waterloo. From there, she practiced optometry in the Okanagan and pursued further training through the Optometric Extension Program Foundation (OEPF) and Vision Therapy Canada, specializing in developmental optometry and vision therapy. Dr. O’Hagan relocated to the Cowichan Valley in 2018 to establish a vision therapy practice within Cowichan Eyecare, with the aim of making vision therapy more accessible outside of major urban centers. She continues to dedicate herself to promoting awareness of vision therapy, vision-related learning disorders, and post-concussion rehabilitation.Dr. O’Hagan is available for appointments in our Cobble Hill and Chemainus locations.
