Dr. Lewis’ primary areas of focus are pain and performance. He wants to help you perform at your best, no matter if your stage is on the playing field, at home, or on the job site. Optimal aging is the ultimate goal for all of his patients. He has extensive experience in helping those in pain to come out of it using a variety of naturopathic modalities, including prolotherapy and IV nutrient therapy.

If you are someone suffering from multiple health conditions, have tried a variety of things already and/or your case is complex and may need more time to go through everything in the initial visit we ask you to book this appointment. With this appointment you get 30 extra minutes of the doctors time to ensure there is ample time to have a thorough assessment done in your initial appointment.

Whether you have been told you have IBS, IBD or you are just experiencing poor digestive health this is the initial to choose. This is a followup appointment that is 35-40 minutes in length. If you have a lot of questions, or have not seen your naturopathic doctor in more than a 1 year we suggest you book this appointment so we have enough time to address all of your concerns/updates.

This is for individuals who are looking to optimize their overall health and wellbeing and may not have any specific chief concerns or those that have chief concerns do not fit into any of the specific intakes listed above.

This is an IV treatment with higher doses of Vitamin C than our other formulas. We MUST have labwork prior to administering high doses to ensure you are an appropriate candidate. If you would like to inquire about this you can start with a IV Consult/Inquiry and we can order the necessary bloodwork from there.

For existing patients - intramuscular NAD injection - this is the appointment fee, there is an additional product fee. Plan to be at the clinic for 15-20mins

This is for NEW pediatric patients (10 and under) or if you have not seen Dr. Forstbauer in more than 2 years. This visit will last between 50-60mins and will cover chief concerns and general health history.

For existing patients - intramuscular injection of Vitamin B12, VItamin D, Metobolism or Adrenal support - please indicate in the notes which you are booking for.
This is a pelvic health appointment to assess whether a PAP exam or HPV screening is right for you. A PAP exam will be included in this visit if indicated and is used to assess the health of the cervix and one of the ways BC recommends for cervical cancer screening. HPV screening sample will be collected if indicated. Anyone who is due for a Pelvic screening may book this service. Regardless of whether or now you have seen Dr. Forstbauer before, by booking this session you agree to attend a follow-up appointment if your results come back abnormal.
This is for individuals who are looking for support through the menopausal hormonal transition. Dr. Vanessa is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.
