I take an integrative, evidence-based approach that looks beyond symptoms to address root causes, while honouring the natural ebb and flow of each individual’s life and needs. ------------------------------ ###A Little Backstory My own journey with naturopathic medicine began when I sought help for chronic skin and digestive issues after conventional treatments provided little relief. That first naturopathic visit shifted my entire perspective on healthcare—I left not only with a thoughtful treatment plan, but also with a sense of being understood and supported. This experience inspired me to dedicate my life to learning how body, mind, and spirit connect in the pursuit of health. ------------------------------ ###Outside the Clinic I love exploring the outdoors around Vancouver, spending time near the ocean, and enjoying good food made with simple, nourishing ingredients. I also keep inspired through continuous learning, reading, and finding new ways to bring balance into daily life.
