I believe in the transformative power of therapy, guiding you on a journey toward inner healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Yet, I also understand the difficulty in seeking support in the first place. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, major life transitions, trauma, or other challenges, I want to help you live a more meaningful life. I believe individuals have the capacity to thrive, that they can make the changes necessary to live the life they imagine, and I would be honoured to join you on your journey.
I use a person-centered, holistic approach to therapy that integrates evidence-based interventions to meet your needs. Since no two journeys are the same, I aim to truly understand your unique experience, as you are the expert of your life. I want you to feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe therapy goes beyond addressing thoughts, emotions, and needs; it can help you feel empowered to live a more authentic life by exploring and rewriting the stories you’ve been telling yourself.
I recognize that seeking help requires immense courage. Therefore, I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental, culturally sensitive, and compassionate therapeutic space where vulnerability can be embraced.
