Dr. Simran Sidhu is a Chiropractor dedicated to helping patients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Master’s in Sports Medicine from the University of Western States, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley. Her passion for chiropractic care began after a high school car accident, where treatment played a key role in her recovery. Simran provides evidence-based chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercise for patients with chronic pain, athletic injuries, concussions, and general wellness goals. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach, creating individualized treatment plans that support each person’s lifestyle, goals, and long-term function. Outside the clinic, Simran enjoys strength training, exploring the outdoors, baking, and crafts. She is passionate about empowering her patients and looks forward to supporting you on your journey toward better movement and well-being.
