Dr. Theresa is a Registered Psychologist and the founder of Risewell Psychology. She is passionate about helping self-aware, sensitive, high-achieving women and moms to ditch the burnout, ‘feel’ their feelings, and get unstuck. She helps women with perinatal mental health, motherhood transitions and identity, burnout, stress, entrepreneurship, pregnancy loss, and neurodivergence.
