This service CAN ONLY be booked after your initial first time with this Practitioner, issue will be treated. This 15-minute session is ideal for quick follow-ups or routine maintenance. It includes a chiropractic adjustment (or mobilizations for those who prefer not to have adjustments), and brief soft tissue therapy targeting specific areas. Suitable for ongoing or uncomplicated cases where no new or complex symptoms are present. Great for maintaining progress and addressing minor issues.

This 30-minute session includes a chiropractic adjustment (or mobilizations for those who prefer not to have adjustments), along with focused soft tissue therapy. We’ll target one complex area, or two or more non-complex areas, depending on your needs. The visit may also include a brief review or update of your exercise program. If your case is more complicated or involves multiple issues, you may need a 45-minute visit for more comprehensive care. However, a 30-minute session may be a better choice depending on your insurance coverage to minimize out-of-pocket costs. We’ll do our best within the time to address your main concerns effectively.
