My goal is to help you go from feeling limited by your symptoms to feeling confident in you body and in control of you digestion. - Hormone changes: this includes skipped or changing periods, insomnia, new onset anxiety or low mood or hot flashes/night sweats. I help you navigate these, discuss indicated blood work and discuss options for support.
