She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, where she completed four years of full-time naturopathic medical training, including a 12-month clinical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and Brampton Civic Hospital. During her clinical internship, she was selected for specialty shifts providing care to Indigenous patients and working with people with complex and chronic health conditions, including chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and multiple chemical sensitivity.
Dr. Willow provides individualized, evidence-informed naturopathic care and works collaboratively with patients to understand the factors contributing to their health concerns. Depending on the patient, care may include diagnostic assessment and laboratory testing, clinical nutrition and supplementation, diet and lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and other individualized naturopathic approaches.
Dr. Willow also practices Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture. Acupuncture appointments are billed as naturopathic services and may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits that include naturopathic coverage. Patients are encouraged to confirm the details of their individual plan with their insurance provider.

Initial treatment protocols often involve a series for 4-6 weekly sessions before spacing towards maintenance phase visits (e.g. monthly - every 6-8 weeks).

“If you have not been into the office for an extended period of time (e.g. 6-12 months), a 60 minute appointment is the better option to get us caught up and back on track. This appointment length is REQUIRED if you have not been to see your Naturopathic Doctor in over 1 year.
60 minute follow up appointments are also ideal for those who prefer to have more one on one time, have a lot of questions, or more complicated health concerns.

“Your Pediatric Initial Appointment (for ages new born - 15yrs) involves a detailed patient intake, including a thorough health history and complaint-oriented physical examination. Pressing prescriptions are made during this appointment.
An intake form will be sent to you in advance of your appointment; we ask that you please return it 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
We suggest booking the following in order to receive maximum benefit of the care plan you will receive:
Initial consultation
First follow-up (45 minutes) - ~ 1 month after initial visit
