I am a licensed chiropractor and I completed my degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to obtaining my chiropractic degree, I completed my Bachelor of Science at York University where I concurrently studied Athletic Therapy. In my practice I treat a wide-range of neuromusculoskeletal conditions using an evidence-based approach. I have experience working with various sports teams and I am passionate about helping athletes reach their peak physical potential. I find it important to take the time to educate my patients and combine various therapies, including soft tissue therapy, adjustments, and exercise. I work with all of my patients to create an individualized treatment plan in an effort to enhance quality of life and decrease the risk of future injuries.
