In order to better understand the root causes and treatment of pain and injuries, he obtained a Doctorate of Chiropractic, Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Diploma in Massage Therapy. Edward hopes to share his knowledge and empower you with the tools to be the captain of your health. _Approach:_ Having worked with individuals ranging from desk workers to professional athletes, Edward will tailor a treatment plan unique to your needs. Whether it's headaches, back pain, shoulder pain or sports injuries, Edward uses a combination of different techniques to treat the cause of your pain. Some of these techniques include: Chiropractic adjustments and joint mobilizations, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and Therapeutic/performance-based exercises _Athletics:_ Outside of the clinic, you'll find Edward playing golf and volleyball or in the mountains, hiking and snowboarding.
