I have been working in the helping profession for over 10 years. I have a Master's of Social Work from the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor's of Social Work from the University of Victoria, I am a registered social worker with the BC College of Social Workers, and a registered clinical counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.
I have additional training in:
EMDR, AEDP, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, emotions-focussed therapies,
somatic trauma treatment, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing.
