AjouterEleni was born and raised in New Westminster and is excited to join the Catalyst Kinetics Group team, where she can serve and support the community she loves. She believes the body is constantly working to find its own balance, but at times requires skilled guidance to restore optimal function.
Eleni’s treatment style is both systemic and individualized. She understands that no two bodies are the same and approaches each patient with curiosity, attentiveness, and a focus on how the entire body works together. Her treatments incorporate a combination of deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching, and other methods tailored to the specific needs of each patient. Whether addressing symptoms directly or exploring how underlying patterns contribute to dysfunction, she aims to help the body move toward greater ease, improved function, and overall well-being.
Outside of her practice, Eleni enjoys staying connected to the New Westminster community and values time spent with family, friends, and the environment she grew up in.
