I am a massage therapist and personal trainer with experience in therapeutic and relaxation-based treatments. My work includes deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretch therapy, Rapid NFR, FST, cupping therapy, and IASTM (Graston Technique). I have a background in personal training with a focus on biomechanics, corrective exercise, and weightlifting. I have participated in competitive and recreational sports including basketball, volleyball, track and field, CrossFit, and Olympic weightlifting. I treat postural dysfunctions, chronic pain, and injury-related conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, whiplash, concussions, and motor vehicle accident injuries.
