Their own wordsI provide NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback for children (ages 4+), youth, and adults at NeurAlive's Langford location. Whether you choose our in-person sessions or our at-home program, you’ll receive care under my clinical supervision, and both options are eligible for coverage under many extended health benefit plans. I’m currently enjoying maternity leave after welcoming our baby girl in March 2026, and I’m looking forward to returning part-time this September. I can’t wait to reconnect with familiar faces and introduce this incredible technology to new clients throughout the Westshore.
What Inspired Me
My own experience with NeurOptimal® first sparked my passion for this work. It helped me overcome somatic symptoms related to trauma while improving my attention and focus. Experiencing those changes firsthand inspired me to become a practitioner.
I began by working primarily with children and youth, and I was continually amazed by how effortless and non-invasive the process was for them. Watching the changes unfold in so many young people motivated me to bring NeurOptimal® to even more individuals and families, which ultimately led me to open NeurAlive.
Even after 11 years and many thousands of neurofeedback sessions, I continue to be inspired by the changes I witness.
What You Can Expect
One of my favourite moments is when clients tell me, “I just feel more like myself.” Sometimes the changes are subtle; other times they’re truly life-changing. People often notice greater calm, clearer thinking, better sleep, increased resilience, a renewed sense of confidence, and an overall greater ease in navigating everyday life. Every person’s experience is unique, but it never gets old watching those small shifts ripple into every area of life.
